Job Summary
Restaurant Manager based onsite at the Bishops Avenue residence, overseeing catering and events for residents and clients, delivering seamless guest experiences, maintaining service quality and profitability, coordinating with culinary, sales and events teams, and driving marketing opportunities to enhance event uptake and brand awareness. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, planning site show rounds, coordinating catering for corporate and social events, ensuring menus and service styles align with client expectations, and leading a hospitality team to deliver elevated dining and event experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a senior hospitality/events role
- A BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques relevant to event and hospitality management
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
