Part-Time Respiratory Therapist (PAP & Resupply Rockstar)

Part-Time Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) licensed in Idaho, focused on PAP program success. In-home and in-office PAP setups with mask fitting; monitor and improve patient compliance; manage resupply with payer-cleared documentation; ensure accurate, audit-defensible documentation and support billing. No night shifts with a mix of in-office visits, occasional home setups, and remote monitoring/follow-ups to drive real outcomes and long-term patient adherence. You’ll own PAP setup, troubleshooting (fit, pressure, comfort, lifestyle barriers), resupply timing, and proactive follow-ups to prevent missed supplies, while building lasting patient relationships. Prefer candidates who are experienced with AirView or similar tools and who can contribute to program development and compliance improvements.
