Job Summary
Collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to enhance lesson plans and prepare engaging classroom materials while supervising children indoors and outdoors. Provide flexible classroom support to ensure consistent educational experiences, offer personalized attention, and maintain clean, safe learning environments adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate transparently with families regarding children's progress and assist with daily care routines to foster an inclusive atmosphere. Required Qualifications
