Part-time Residential Property Technician role focused on maintaining a 150+ unit apartment complex (and additional homes). Responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, complex cleaning, order placement for materials, inspections, and keeping maintenance workflows organized; supports the Commercial Maintenance Technician and adapts to shifting priorities. Daily duties involve responding to issues and emergencies, reporting to the Property Manager, and taking after-hours calls on weekdays and weekends. Requires teamwork, excellent communication, English literacy, intermediate carpentry skills, and knowledge of Oregon landlord-tenant and applicable regulations; emphasizes tracking procedures, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and established processes.
