Job Summary
Provide hands-on care and support to Assisted Living residents by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, and incontinence care. Maintain accurate records of resident service plans and document all care provided while communicating daily with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity. Approach interactions with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner to promote a safe environment. Work 7AM–3PM shifts under the guidance of the Resident Services Director.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of related health care experience
- Dementia training completion
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
- CNA or NA license/certification
- Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
