Job Summary
Conduct hands-on care and support for Assisted Living residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. Maintain accurate records of resident service plans and care provided while communicating closely with the Resident Services team for continuity. Approach interactions with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner to promote a safe environment. Support day-to-day programming and neighborhood operations under the guidance of the Resident Services Director.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of related health care experience
- Dementia training completion (required for communities with an Ensemble Program)
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or as required by your state)
- CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing (state-dependent)
- Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
