Job Summary
Provide resident care services in Assisted Living areas under the supervision of the Resident Services Director, maintaining a positive physical and social environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while documenting all services provided and maintaining proper records. Approach all encounters with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner and promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors. Work closely with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care and support neighborhood programming and operations. Shifts run 7am-7pm with a minimum of one year related health care experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Successfully complete required dementia training
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA)
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
