Job Summary
Assist with calls from and to customers while supporting field team members and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels. Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts to support creating equipment availability and accuracy. Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc. ("U-Haul")
