Job Summary
Assist with calls from and to customers; support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory; review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations and contracts; assist with the U-Box portable storage product; role is part-time with shifts in a fast-paced environment requiring strong customer service and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
