Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and medication management for clients with conditions like depression, anxiety, and ADHD via telemedicine. Create and collaborate on care plans while adhering to clinical practice guidelines, ensuring willingness to treat patients aged 14 and up. Complete necessary paperwork and consult with Regional Clinic Directors on programs and services across various sites. This fee-for-service role requires 15–20 clinical hours per week with flexible scheduling available 7 days a week from 7 am–10 pm. No on-call requirements apply. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing
- Active prescriptive authority in the state
- Three years of experience
- One year of psychiatry practice
- Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
- Ability to make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
- Ability to prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
- Ability to create and collaborate with clients on care plans
- Ability to complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
- Ability to adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Ability to consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
- Part-time availability of 15 - 20 hours per week
