Job Summary
Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity while prescribing medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed. Create and collaborate with clients on care plans, adhering to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines, and consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients, programs, and services. Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients, with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more across a diverse population of adults and adolescents. Part-time availability of 15-20 hours per week is required, with sessions available from 7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week. No on-call is required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing
- Active prescriptive authority in the state
- Three years of experience
- One year of psychiatry practice
- Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Willingness to treat 14 years old and up
- Ability to prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
- Ability to make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
- Ability to create and collaborate with clients on care plans
- Ability to complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
- Ability to adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Ability to consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
- Part-time availability of 15 - 20 hours per week
- Willingness to complete an in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach
- Willingness to accept and treat ADHD clients

- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR
