Job Summary
Part-time remote Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner role providing telemedicine assessments and ongoing care for clients aged 14 and up, focusing on mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Clinicians will conduct psychiatric assessments, create and collaborate on care plans, prescribe medications as needed, and adhere to Thriveworks' clinical guidelines. Requires PMHNP board certification, master's degree in nursing with prescriptive authority, license in the practicing state (SC for this location), and experience in psychiatry. Telemedicine-focused duties include assessing and treating clients remotely, with a flexible schedule (15-20 hours/week) and in-house ADHD treatment training. Knowledge of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus; clinical practice involves consultations with regional directors and involvement in ADHD clinic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
