Job Summary
Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity; provide care to diverse populations (adults and adolescents) with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more; perform telemedicine evaluations, prescribe medications as needed to reduce mental health symptoms, and develop and collaborate on individualized care plans; complete appropriate paperwork and assessment tools, adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines, and consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff across sites; role is fully remote with Montana licensure required and 15-20 hours per week availability; offers include W2 compensation within a $65,000-$94,000 annual range and benefits, with in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and no client quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification in PMHNP
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority
- Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
- Part-time availability 15-20 hours per week
- Licensed and living in the state of Montana
