Job Summary
Conduct telehealth sessions with clients across Colorado, managing a caseload of at least 15 sessions weekly. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse populations including couples and children while utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, supported by handled administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and marketing. Maintain availability seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET to meet client needs. Join a clinician-led organization providing live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Colorado
- LPC
- MFT
- LCSW
- Phd (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
