Job Summary
Conduct telehealth sessions with clients across Tennessee using modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse caseload including couples and children while maintaining consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, supported by handled administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and marketing. Enjoy flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, with access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and paid orientation training.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Tennessee— LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
