Job Summary
Conduct telehealth sessions for clients across North Carolina, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 individuals annually. Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability, treating diverse clients including couples and children. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while leveraging flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks handles all administrative tasks including billing and scheduling, offering bi-weekly pay, 401(k) matching, and paid clinical supervision opportunities within a supportive clinician-led community.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in North Carolina
- LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
