Job Summary
Provide telehealth sessions for over 175,000 clients across California as an independently licensed clinician (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD). Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a variety of clients, including couples and children, while maintaining a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability. Work within a hybrid care model that partners with health systems and primary care providers, supported by full administrative handling for credentialing, billing, and scheduling. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Join a clinician-led organization offering bi-weekly pay, 401(k) matching, and access to a community of 2,700 licensed providers.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
