Job Summary
Provide telehealth mental health care to clients across the country as a Licensed Clinician (Colorado-licensed LPC, MFT, LCSW, or PhD/psychologist) on a fee-for-service, part-time basis. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, treating a broad range of clients (including couples and children) and delivering evidence-based care using telehealth and EHR tools. Administrative duties such as credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing support are provided. Compensation up to $57,000/year based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities; benefits include guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for supervisory roles in select states. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician
- Independently licensed in Colorado (LPC, MFT, LCSW, PhD/PsyD) or equivalent
- Consistently available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
- Open to treating variety of clients including couples and children
- Confident with telehealth and EHR tools
