Conduct licensed marriage and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person for individuals, couples, and families. Engage clients in clinical measures during visits to track outcomes and demonstrate care impact. Manage your own schedule and client volume with full autonomy. Ensure all sessions adhere to consistent standards of care while utilizing provided tools and guidance. Maintain licensure as a California LMFT, LCSW, or LPC. This role supports Rula's mission to help people get better through a nationwide network of clinicians.
