Job Summary
Part-time Relationship Banker I conducts teller transactions and cash vault transactions accurately and timely, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting bank products/services. Works with the branch team to achieve team scorecard goals and meets individual performance targets, handling customer transactions, identifying needs, and supporting internal controls and regulatory requirements. Requires cash handling, basic math/computer skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and completion of teller training; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must complete teller training classes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong relationship skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills
