Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy OR Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (minimum education)
- NBRC-RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- RCP - Respiratory Care Practitioner
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (or ARC-ALS)
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (or ARC-PALS)
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (or ARC-NALS) or NRP-Instructor option
- 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months of critical care experience
- Ventilator management and weaning experience
- Airway management including intubation/extubation and trach care
- Arterial blood gas sampling/analysis
- Ability to educate patients and mentor staff
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and charting
