Job Summary
Part-Time Night shift Respiratory Therapist II in NICU at Cobb Hospital. Responsible for medication administration and implementing respiratory care based on advanced knowledge in critical care, including ventilator management, weaning, and airway management. Provides patient education, coordination with care teams, and staff mentorship; performs arterial blood gas sampling and analysis; supports Cardiac Service procedures and Pulmonary Diagnostic Testing; ensures safe, high-quality care and adherence to policies. Requires Associate or Bachelor in Respiratory Therapy with multiple certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) and 0-2 years clinical experience with emphasis on NICU/critical care. Location: Dunwoody, GA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Associates Respiratory Therapy or Bachelors Respiratory Therapy-Preferred
- NRP, NBRC-RRT, RCP credentials
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (Instructor options acceptable)
- 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care
- Ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and related duties as described

- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- RRT NBRC
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
