Part Time Registered Nurse RN

Conduct post-acute rehabilitation nursing care by completing the nursing process, administering medications, and monitoring resident health. Establish personal rapport with residents and families to identify care requirements and promote independence through goal setting and self-care education. Supervise assigned team members while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to resolve resident problems and ensure quality outcomes. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection-control protocols, controlled substance regulations, and clean working standards. Document all care services in resident records and keep confidential information secure. Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops and participate in team problem-solving methods. Requires current state RN license, approved nursing program graduation, and one year Long Term Care experience preferred.
