Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Nights (Weekends)

Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Nights weekends at Unity Psychiatric Care in Tennessee. Provides clinical oversight for day-to-day hospital operations, works with patients in a therapeutic setting, follows physician orders, completes assessments, initiates and updates treatment plans, directs patient care, conducts group and individual therapy/education, and coordinates intake and continuum-of-care decisions. Performs IV administration and venipuncture, educates families about medications and patient disorders, completes psychiatric metrics, and contributes to discharge planning. Requires RN license, CPR, CPI certification; periodic unscheduled overtime and weekend shifts; travel may be required. The role focuses on geriatric mental health care with the nursing team and supports treatment plans and safety interventions.
