Job Summary
Provide total nursing care for residents at MediLodge at the Shore, including assessing conditions, implementing physician orders, and administering medications. Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs while coordinating care for therapy or procedures. Initiate team conferences to develop individualized care plans and participate in orientation and in-service training. Ensure equipment maintenance and supply utilization in compliance with state and federal regulations. This part-time role offers leading market wages, including a Michigan Direct Care Incentive, with flexible daily, weekly, or bi-weekly pay options. Valid RN license and one year of experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience preferred
