Job Summary
Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process; collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care; coordinates resident care, assessment, resident education and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel; functions within the scope of nursing practice and adheres to applicable rules and ethics; benefits include health and retirement plans and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State where practice occurs
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
