Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, operating equipment and conducting daily safety checks. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, discuss progress, and recommend additional areas based on goals. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness between clients, and handle opening/closing duties and inventory. Document all treatments accurately and support clinic operations including scheduling and client record management. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and model professional standards. Requires current RN license, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
