Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, educate clients on pre and post-care, and document all procedures accurately. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean clinical environment between clients. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations, confirm appointments, and uphold clinic sales goals. Deliver personalized care while encouraging client reviews and referrals. Requires current RN license, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance. Part-time schedule of 19 hours per week with rotating days.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
