Part Time Registered Nurse - Level 2 In Office Surgery

Part-time Registered Nurse needed to support Level II Surgery Room at Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida. Provides patient care following in-office procedures, assists providers with procedures, maintains Level II protocols per AHCA regulations, keeps Level II equipment up to date, ensures infection control in procedure and recovery rooms, and covers clinics on additional days (Tue/Thu) as needed. Requires skills in listening and communication, clinical judgement under patient concerns, ability to stay calm in high-volume environments, and physically capable of the listed tasks. Qualifications include an active Florida RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Prior orthopedic, spine and/or pain management experience and PACU experience are preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent bending, lifting, and standing. This role operates on Fridays and may expand; location is Ft. Myers, FL.
