Job Summary
Review and approve menus for regular and therapeutic diets, conduct periodic kitchen audits to assess food service operations, and identify residents at nutritional risk for assessments. Collaborate with facility staff to enhance meal quality while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Support one, two, or all three assisted living facilities in South and Central New Jersey with 8 hours of on-site coverage per quarter. Earn $35.00–$42.00 per hour with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. Submit a resume and cover letter highlighting relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Current state licensure/certification
- Ability and willingness to travel to the selected facility location(s) on a quarterly basis
