Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride application under dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions, and review medical histories. Provide Same Day Care opportunities and guide patients through the entire treatment process while adhering to all regulations. Work Fridays and Saturdays only with a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
