Job Summary
Part-time Dental Hygienist needed in Northampton, MA (Fridays and Saturdays only). Compensation $55-$65 per hour (negotiable based on experience) with a 5k sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO, and continuing education reimbursement. Responsibilities include delivering direct dental care under the general supervision of a dentist, scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride applications, patient education, charting, and ensuring adherence to government regulations and company standards. Opportunity to earn bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office-performance bonuses; continuing education credits/eligibility for reimbursement after one year of employment. Requirements include current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing and CPR (BLS) certification with hands-on skill assessment.
