Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Be an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment for clients, and connect with families. Roles include working in clients' homes or community-based locations with part-time hours. Training is provided; 6-month commitment encouraged. Ideal candidates are persistent, compassionate, and focused on making a difference for children with Autism. No minimum case requirements; opportunities for professional advancement and internships are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
