Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Record session data using electronic devices and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans. Create a positive learning environment for clients and engage families. Opportunities include paid training, internship options, and pathways for advancement; RBT certification is required before starting.
