Part Time - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Collaborate as part of a clinical team to execute skill-building and care plans, record session data with electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and their families. RBT certification is required before working; positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment and offer paid training, opportunities for fellowship/internship hours, and referral bonuses. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are willing to learn, patient, and passionate about helping children with autism; prior experience in education or related roles is helpful.
