Job Summary
Part-time Reentry Facilitator at Effective Leadership Academy (ELA). Deliver in-person reentry programming at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility in Circleville, OH, leading cohorts of up to 15 students across multiple sessions with two facilitators per cohort. Facilitate engaging, skill-based programming using ELA pedagogy; administer pre/post assessments and develop impact reports; manage attendance, behavior, and program materials; build relationships with students and Reentry staff; maintain confidentiality and align with ELA curriculum. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel; strong teamwork and communication; willingness to participate in training and staff meetings; flexible hours typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays; requires Bachelor’s degree and FBI/BCI background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or associated field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with youth in detention centers preferred
