Part-Time Recruiter, Hourly Operations

Part-Time Remote Recruiter, Hourly Operations is a mid-level recruiting professional responsible for managing recruitment activities across various client accounts. Essential duties include supporting full-cycle recruitment across projects, sourcing candidates, screening/interviewing, background checks and pre-employment processes, coordinating postings in ATS, participating in job fairs and recruitment campaigns, maintaining hiring metrics, guiding junior team members, and assisting with offer preparation. Qualifications specify a High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, 2-4 years plus 5+ years of recruiting experience, employment-law knowledge, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS (UKG).
