Job Summary
As a Remote Part-Time Recruiter, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to offer coordination. Responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communication, tracking candidate progress, and collaborating with HR and department leads on job descriptions and recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (construction or trades industry preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficient in platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Paylocity
- Professional, proactive, and personable approach to candidate communication.
