Job Summary
Part-Time Receptionist responsible for administrative support tied to training and travel operations. Duties include processing training registrations and payments, reserving hotels/cars/flights, generating travel itineraries, handling training/travel invoices with account coding, creating check requests, managing Concur Pcard expenses, maintaining the Corporate Training Log, and assisting with materials orders, mail, and visitor management. Requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a professional, customer-service oriented demeanor. This role also supports HR-related administrative tasks and log maintenance for audits and departmental reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years professional office experience
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Telephone skills/PBX, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), computer literacy in various software applications, ability to sit for long periods, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, professional demeanor, customer service orientation
