Unload freight, down-stock shelves, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Assist customers in locating products and pitch in to complete other assigned tasks. For Pro Fulfillment stores, use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders, ensuring quality and safe loading practices. Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues. Most shifts are physically active, with scheduling including morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
