Job Summary
Part-Time Real Estate Instructor needed to teach pre-licensing and continuing education courses in Tucson, Arizona, both in-person and online. Requires a valid Arizona Real Estate license and teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or as an attorney
- Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) required
- Computer with an HD camera and microphone required
- Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required
- Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ
- Livestream teaching experience
- DREI certification
- Experience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, or appraisal for those specific courses
