Job Summary
Conduct individualized reading tutoring for middle school students in one-on-one or small-group settings. Assess student strengths and weaknesses, track data, and prepare learners for exams by reinforcing key concepts. Communicate progress and concerns with administration while maintaining accurate session records. Foster a positive learning environment using varied teaching methods to accommodate different styles. Schedule includes three days a week. Background check and drug screening required.
