Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, follow-up visits, and progress note documentation. E-prescribe medications and sign off on paperwork while providing weekend rounding and one night of on-call coverage. Treat patients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance abuse issues. Maintain a schedule of at least one weekend per month, with Wednesday availability for an 8-hour day if desired. Provide your own malpractice insurance and hold a Tennessee medical license.
Required Qualifications
- Provide own Malpractice Insurance
- TN Medical License, or ability to obtain
- B/C or B/E General Psychiatry
- Minimum of 1-2 Weekends per month
- Main responsibility will be weekend rounding, including one weekend night of on-call coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Wednesdays are also available every week for an 8 hr day, if desired
