Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications for Tides clients while collaborating with therapists to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EHR system and contribute to the development of an integrated care model supporting holistic wellness. This part-time, flexible role requires a fully licensed PMHNP with Illinois Board of Nursing certification and full practice authority or a physician collaborative relationship. Valid DEA and NPI numbers are required, with previous experience in outpatient psychiatric settings preferred. Located in Chicago with remote flexibility, this 1099 contract position offers 8–10 hours per week within a mission-driven startup environment focused on transforming mental health care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Illinois Board of Nursing
- Full practice authority (FPA) or collaborative relationship in place with a physician
- Valid DEA and NPI numbers
- Previous experience in a psychiatric, mental health and/or outpatient setting
- Part-time (1099 Contract Position)
- 8 – 10 Hours per Week
- In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to work remotely
