Job Summary
Part-Time Property Management Associate responsible for conducting thorough inspections of occupied and unoccupied residential properties, capturing photos, and providing detailed written documentation of conditions. Perform light maintenance, use special tools to test property components, verify completion and quality of work by third-party vendors, identify safety hazards and potential maintenance issues, and prepare comprehensive inspection reports to support property upkeep and renovation decisions. Handle tasks in the field as the company representative on-site, including posting eviction notices in compliance with protocols, creating efficient routing, and performing miscellaneous field duties. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, comfort working in challenging conditions (e.g., pests, trash), strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, and proficiency with smartphones/apps/computer. The role offers 20 hours per week with mileage reimbursement and company-provided equipment.”,
