Part Time Promotional Specialist - Bacardi - Baltimore, MD

Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and special events. Engage with consumers to build brand affinity with key influencers while encouraging participation in activations. Work with the designated Regional Manager to receive event assignments, receive training, and report results. Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and collateral provided. Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos. Assist in event setup and breakdown of promotional assets. Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ required for alcohol-related programs), have reliable transportation, and access to a smartphone. Previous experience working marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model, is preferred.
