Job Summary
Part-Time Program Manager needed to support the Heritage Youth Choirs at American Heritage School. Responsibilities include assisting the Program Director with executing the choir program’s vision and mission, overseeing rehearsal, performance, and event logistics across campuses, managing enrollment and records, distributing electronic communications to students, parents, and faculty, and supporting planning and execution of concerts and tours. The role requires coordinating with directors, accompanists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations, traveling with the choir on its annual performance tour, and performing additional administrative tasks as assigned. Regular in-person availability is required on Mondays in American Fork and Salt Lake City with a flexible schedule; starts September 2027. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Candidates should be highly organized, collaborative, respectful, and able to model the school’s faith-based mission and values. Ideal candidates will have a love of sacred music, interest in working with youth, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Word, Excel, and web platforms like WordPress.
