Job Summary
Process and sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality to determine placement on the sales floor. Hang, size, price, and tag products across hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, and shoes while inspecting and testing items for functionality. Ensure production and sales areas remain organized, stocked, and clean by rotating unsold inventory and adhering to continuous improvement standards. Occasionally assist customers with product questions and cross-train in other departments as required. This part-time role at Goodwill of Colorado offers $15.95 hourly pay and daily pay access.
Required Qualifications
- Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions
- Ability to use basic technologies to be able to follow company standards
- Ability to use judgement to assess quality and value of product and pricing, researching value as necessary

- Must have the ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required
- Must be able to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed with occasional overtime
