Part Time Production Associate – 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Straight Afternoon Shift)

Part Time Production Associate needed for 5:30 PM–10:30 PM shift at North Star Windows & Doors in St. Thomas, Ontario. Responsibilities include assembling, fabricating, and inspecting windows and doors to meet quality standards; reviewing work orders; preparing materials; safely operating hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment; assembling components (frames, glass units, hardware, seals, screens); operating production equipment; inspecting finished products and reporting defects; preparing products for shipment; participating in 5S and continuous improvement; contributing ideas to safety, quality, and efficiency; supporting quality standards and teamwork; following leadership directions and maintaining PPE and safety protocols. Requires standing for full shifts, lifting 30-50 lbs, reading a tape measure, and being eligible to work in Canada (18+). On-site, permanent part-time role with a base rate of $22.25/hour plus $1.00/hour afternoon shift premium (increase to $22.50/hour after 90 days).
