Job Summary
Work on the production line in depositing, decorating, and packaging roles to produce high-quality cake products while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Focus on detail and quality in a fast-paced, teamwork environment. Maintain flexibility and commitment to work with a great attendance record and reliable transportation. Be available for all start times on your chosen A or B shift, running 10 hours with a 30-minute break, Monday through Saturday. Earn $21.18 per hour during the probationary period, increasing to $23.53 after 70 shifts, with shift premiums for evening and overnight hours. Receive uniforms, safety shoes, sick pay, and RRSP contributions. Enjoy discounted cake purchases for personal use.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work all start times on your chosen shift
- Required to be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week from Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a regularly required shift
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work
- Safety first approach to work
- High energy team player with an attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- A GREAT attendance record and glowing references
